Overtrading occurs mainly because traders don’t stick to trading just one setup. They trade every good looking setup the market prints. Trading just one strategy will greatly reduce the number of trades you make and improve your skill.
That’s what has worked for me.

Markets been choppy this week. I did a good live trade based on Nails approach on AU/US this week on daily chart, at beginning of week, only looked at trade every morning when US session closed, another1.5:1 RR as 4 hour showing reversal. during my early days in trading i never thoroughly understand what it mean to be a low frequency trader despite a lot of articles i read here and in other forex sites, i found it very difficult to implement. but today God has help me through Nial to become or in the process of becoming a consistently profitable trader through trading with a very good strategy in a very low frequency manner.
