I can relate to Butch’s comment. I am over trading, emotionally out of control and not focus, results disaster.
Your comment comes at a auspicious time, get grounded, use one price action setup and develop my plan.

you are wonderful i really got the confluence setup but still strungle to trust it on 1/2 or 1/3 risk reward. i guess that is my emotions which am working on now.

Thanks – this is a great article – Particularly the focus on writing out and sticking to a trading plan:

Sometimes I think you’re somewhere observing me:] I just went through an emotional trading session and didn’t follow my plan. Even wrote in my journal that I was “out of control”. There were some nice setups, but not A plus.
Stepped away for awhile. Eventually had a string of winners with my price action strategy. I do have the “Make money to quit this 9-5” mentality and it messes with my objectivity. That’s why I’m still trading my demo acct. These are the hard yards for me, but I’m determined to change. Thanks Nial
